I’m The Owner of Transformation Fitness. I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 20 years. I started lifting weights at age 13, and after graduating from high school, I served in the Marine Corps for 6 years. Later as a civilian I had to have spinal fusion surgery, which led me to become a certified personal trainer. I worked as a manager and trainer at several big fitness facilities, but after the 2020 shutdown, I realized that my clients were nervous about going back to a big gym. So I launched Transformation Fitness, a small, boutique fitness studio that offers personalized training and small group classes.

Caitlin
Caitlin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has many specializations through NASM including strength training, weight loss, small group training and post/prenatal exercises. She offers a Bootcamp which leads you through a 45 minute full body workout, focusing on light weight, high repetition exercises. All levels are welcome to join this class and modifications are always provided.
Christy
Christy Jones holds certifications as a MixxedFit® instructor, Mind Body Eating Coach, and wellness coach. She has had a love for all things health and wellness from an early age. Cheer and dance were part of her journey and after rediscovering dance fitness in 2020, her passion for dance was renewed and she became a certified dance fitness instructor at the age of 49. “My approach to dance fitness is to inspire women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds to find their joy in movement – help them find that joy that has been tucked away and rediscover what excites them and inspires them to move, what makes them happy, confident, and empowered. Dance fitness helped do those things for me and I’m here to help others on their journey”.

Dana has been teaching group yoga and fitness classes for nearly 20 years. People in my classes always have a good time because I truly enjoy helping others in their health journey.
Lee
Lee retired from corporate America to teach the personal health benefits of Taiji and Qigong. Using the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and the “Five Elements”, she works with small groups to build overall health wellness and new lifestyle habits.
Michaela
Originally a performer then dance teacher/choreographer. When I immigrated to the USA I started teaching Zumba® and other dance classes at various gyms. Here I am 14 years later still teaching dance and other fitness formats including Suspension Training, Pilates Fusion, Barre and more. I lead groups that are interested in fitness workouts for Pure Suspension and Danceology beginner & intermediate levels. The Danceology class is two levels. The basic level is for beginners and then the intermediate level progresses to harder more stylized routines.

Veronica Scott teaches in Flagler County, FL. I’ve been a ZIN™ Member since Sep 2014 and I love teaching Zumba® classes! The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba Gold® Toning, and Zumba®

Hey everyone, my name is Karrie! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach whose passion is leading a healthy lifestyle in order to be as strong as I can, for as long as I can! I was always active in sports growing up but when I made it to highschool I was introduced to competitive weightlifting and fell in love. The ability to see measurable results week in and week out knowing you’re getting stronger is the most gratifying process. Being a true Florida girl, in my (rare) free time I enjoy getting out of the house to go paddle boarding, riding four wheelers, hunting or even just floating in the pool!
Martrice
Martrice is a certified yoga teacher and meditation coach who is passionate about sharing her wellness journey with everyone. She likes to teach classes focused on creating a safe space that allows practitioners to learn about themselves. She continues to study yoga and meditation and has completed specialized training in the following areas: Chair yoga, yoga nidra, trauma sensitive yoga, oncology yoga, yin and more.

Michele is a Group Instructor at Transformation Fitness. She teaches Chair Yoga, using light weights, tennis balls for myofascial release and also Savasana. Her background is: RTY200 certification encompassing Qigong, Yin yoga & Yoga for calm & restore. As a Registered Nurse she brings an awareness of the anatomy & functional movement of “Every” -body.
