Meet The Owner
Owner/Personal Trainer CJ
I am a Marine Corps Veteran with over 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer. I started Transformation Fitness and opened our current location at 1070 Palm Coast Parkway NW (Suite 6) in 2023.
We offer small Group Fitness Classes for 6-8 members per class with top instructors. Spots are limited but we are pleased to welcome all new comers.

Group Instructor Karrie
Hey everyone, my name is Karrie! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach whose passion is leading a healthy lifestyle in order to be as strong as I can, for as long as I can! I was always active in sports growing up but when I made it to highschool I was introduced to competitive weightlifting and fell in love. The ability to see measurable results week in and week out knowing you’re getting stronger is the most gratifying process. Being a true Florida girl, in my (rare) free time I enjoy getting out of the house to go paddle boarding, riding four wheelers, hunting or even just floating in the pool! . Group Instructor Martrice
Martrice is a certified yoga teacher and meditation coach who is passionate about sharing her wellness journey with everyone. She likes to teach classes focused on creating a safe space that allows practitioners to learn about themselves. She continues to study yoga and meditation and has completed specialized training in the following areas: Chair yoga, yoga nidra, trauma sensitive yoga, oncology yoga, yin and more.

CJ was very informative about the studio and the classes offered. I have taken several classes already and loved all of them. The instructors are all professional and well trained in their fields. The small class sizes are awesome and feel like you are receiving extra attention!

Transformation Fitness is an awesome place to train & meet your fitness goals. The gym is very clean and not crowded.
I have been training here under the guidance of CJ for a year now. He continues to evaluate my abilities & goals on an ongoing basis and customizes my workouts to achieve them. He is very professional & focused on proper form & safety, but also makes workouts fun as well as challenging. I can’t thank you enough CJ for inspiring me & helping me to get stronger & move better!

I have been training with CJ, and have known CJ, for many years. I was beyond excited when he told me he was opening Transformation Fitness. His personal training knowledge, and his upbeat, wonderful and positive personality, are second to none. He has taught me so much about personal fitness and he is always happy to answer any questions I have. The newly expanded Transformation Fitness facility is awesome, ultra clean and always meticulously maintained.

I just started training with C.J. and so far it has been a great experience. He makes the workouts fun and challenging, and I can tell from what he has me doing that I will see results soon which is really important. I have worked with two other trainers in the past at large gyms, and I did not feel like I was getting any results. You can tell by the workout. He keeps his studio and his equipment really clean, and I like the idea that I am not in a large gym with alot of people using the same equipment. I highly recommend CJ and this studio for your fitness goals.

Derek is a wonderful trainer! Makes modifications for past injuries of mine and I still get a great workout. The studio is is top notch and fun to train at! They focus on your goals!

I have had CJ as my personal trainer for about 4 years now. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he is compassionate and really cares about his clients. CJ is able to switch up work outs so they are never boring, and will adjust movements to compensate for any physical challenges you may be experiencing. The studio is always immaculate, and CJ goes the extra for his clients to make sure they are safe during their time at the studio.

CJ is a professional and knowledgeable trainer who tailors your workouts just for you. Every time I go I do a different workout. I never know what to expect! He keeps my workouts fun yet challenging and I’m always amazed that I was able to do it. CJ cares about your progress as much as you do! I am able to do so many things that I couldn’t do when I had first started with CJ. If you are looking for a clean, positive environment then Transform Fitness is for you.
